Launch 30 · The 30-Day Launch Challenge · October 1–31
These Terms of Service govern your purchase of and participation in Launch 30, the 30-day Launch Challenge ("the Program"). By purchasing a seat or accessing any Program materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate.
The Program runs October 1 through October 31. It includes a live two-day masterclass on October 1 and October 2, each running 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, followed by daily accountability, community access, and the templates and materials described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Session times, agenda, and delivery format may be adjusted where reasonably necessary. Materially equivalent value will be provided if a scheduled session changes.
Enrollment is confirmed when payment of the stated price is completed through our payment processor. Payment processing, receipts, and any applicable tax are handled by that processor. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Seats may be limited and are allocated on a first-come basis.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Program materials for your own business use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share your access credentials or Program materials with anyone else. Recordings, templates, creatives, scripts, and community content remain the property of Launch 30 and its licensors.
The Program includes a shared community. You agree to keep other participants' private information confidential, to refrain from harassment, spam, solicitation, or abusive conduct, and to follow any community guidelines communicated to you. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that harms other participants or the Program.
Participation in the leaderboard is voluntary and requires you to submit accurate, verifiable figures. Any prize, award, or investment referenced is granted solely under the stated leaderboard rules and at the sole discretion of Launch 30. Falsified or unverifiable submissions disqualify a participant. Taxes on any prize are the recipient's responsibility.
Results vary by participant. Nothing in the Program is a promise or projection of revenue, income, profit, or any other outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market, capital, and circumstances. The Program is education and coaching — it is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.
The Program includes gym and fitness accountability components. You participate at your own risk and should consult a qualified medical professional before starting or changing any exercise routine. Launch 30 is not responsible for injury or health outcomes arising from physical activity you choose to undertake.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch 30 and its founders, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the Program. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your seat.
The Program references and may require third-party tools and platforms, including payment, advertising, hosting, and community services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or decisions.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
